Overview

当社の製品はすべて生鮮品（または品質保持期限のあるもの）であるため、返品の必要はございません。

当社の返金ポリシーはシンプルです。ご購入いただいた商品にご満足いただけない場合は、代金を全額返金いたします。

お問い合わせページからメッセージをお送りいただければ、こちらからご連絡いたします。

製品の活用方法などについてサポートをご希望の場合も、同様にお問い合わせページからご依頼いただけます。

返金・返品の有効期間はご購入から30日間です。ご購入から30日が経過した場合、全額返金や交換には応じかねますのでご了承ください。

手続きの際には、レシートまたは購入を証明するものが必要となります。

Since all our products are perishable in nature, returns are not needed.

Our refund policy is simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your purchase in full.

Simply send a message through our contact page, and we will be in touch.

If you prefer to get assistance in the potential uses of our products, you can request that in the contact page as well.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds/返金

返品された商品が到着し、検品が完了次第、受領の旨をメールでご連絡いたします。また、返金の承認または否認についても併せてお知らせいたします。

返金が承認された場合、手続きが行われ、所定の日数以内にクレジットカードまたは当初のお支払い方法に対して自動的に返金（クレジットの適用）がなされます。

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds/返金の遅延または未着

まだ返金が確認できない場合は、まず銀行口座を再度ご確認ください。

次に、クレジットカード会社へお問い合わせください。返金が正式に反映されるまで、時間がかかる場合があります。

続いて、銀行にもお問い合わせください。返金が口座に反映されるまでには、通常、処理のための時間がかかります。

これらすべてを確認してもなお返金が確認できない場合は、お問い合わせフォームまたは naturelandberries@gmail.com までご連絡ください。

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges/交換

商品の交換は、欠陥や破損がある場合にのみ承ります。同じ商品との交換をご希望の場合は、naturelandberries@gmail.com までメールでご連絡ください。
