Additional Fees– There is a 10% tax on all products. Shipping/handling fees are dependent on weight/size, but generally are 500 yen per kilogram of produce.
Exchanges and Returns Policy – If you feel that your order was in error, or not up to your expectations, then we will exchange your order for another product in our shop, or refund the amount paid for the product. As our products are perishable in nature, returns are unnecessary. Use the contact form to exchange or apply for a refund of your purchase.
If the product is defective, contact us through our contact form, or through the email/phone listed above, and we will fix the issue promptly.
Delivery Times– As soon as the order is made, it will be added to the list of orders to be shipped. If there are any unshipped orders, the new order will be added after the previous orders have been completed, thus a waiting-list system is in place in the event of high demand. Orders will be processed and sent or delivered in the order they are received.
Accepted payment methods– We accept major credit cards. You may also use Paypal or Google Pay for payment.
Payment period– Credit card payments are processed immediately, as are Paypal and Google Pay.
Price– All prices are based on weight, in grams or kilograms.
Production Methods– Natureland Berries are free from artificial chemicals at every step of the growing, harvesting, and shipping process. Plastic is not employed at the farm plots, and pesticides/herbicides are not used at all. The ultimate aim is to be regenerative and benefit the environment, not damage it in any way.
Washing/Rinsing Policy- All fresh berries are picked straight to the containers, and shipped as it- thus no washing/rinsing occurs on the delicate fresh fruit. All frozen berries are rinsed in clean municipal Kobayashi City water before they are dried and frozen.
Resale Prohibited– Resale of berries is NOT allowed, unless specifically allowed by Natureland Berries.
