追加料金について：すべての商品に10%の税金がかかります。送料・手数料は重量やサイズによって異なりますが、一般的に農産物1kgあたり500円となります。
Additional Fees– There is a 10% tax on all products. Shipping/handling fees are dependent on weight/size, but generally are 500 yen per kilogram of produce.
交換・返品ポリシー：ご注文内容に誤りがある場合や、商品がご期待に沿わない場合は、当店内の他の商品との交換、または商品代金の返金を承ります。商品は生鮮品のため、現品を返送していただく必要はございません。交換や返金をご希望の際は、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。
Exchanges and Returns Policy – If you feel that your order was in error, or not up to your expectations, then we will exchange your order for another product in our shop, or refund the amount paid for the product. As our products are perishable in nature, returns are unnecessary. Use the contact form to exchange or apply for a refund of your purchase.
If the product is defective, contact us through our contact form, or through the email/phone listed above, and we will fix the issue promptly.
配送時期について：ご注文が確定次第、発送待ちの注文リストに追加されます。未発送の注文がある場合は、それらの処理が完了した後に新しい注文がリストに加えられるため、需要が高い場合には待機順序が生じることになります。ご注文は、受付順に処理・発送（または配送）されます。
Delivery Times– As soon as the order is made, it will be added to the list of orders to be shipped. If there are any unshipped orders, the new order will be added after the previous orders have been completed, thus a waiting-list system is in place in the event of high demand. Orders will be processed and sent or delivered in the order they are received.

Accepted payment methods– We accept major credit cards. You may also use Paypal or Google Pay for payment. You may also pay in cash on delivery, for those in the Kobayashi City area.

生産方法について：ネイチャーランド・ベリーズ（Natureland Berries）のベリーは、栽培、収穫、出荷のすべての工程において、人工的な化学物質を一切使用していません。農地ではプラスチック資材を使用せず、殺虫剤や除草剤も一切使われていません。私たちの究極の目標は、環境を損なうことなく、むしろ環境を再生し、恩恵をもたらすような農業を実践することです。
Production Methods– Natureland Berries are free from artificial chemicals at every step of the growing, harvesting, and shipping process. Plastic is not employed at the farm plots, and pesticides/herbicides are not used at all. The ultimate aim is to be regenerative and benefit the environment, not damage it in any way.
洗浄・すすぎに関する方針：生のベリー類はすべて収穫時に直接容器へ入れられ、そのままの状態で出荷されるため、デリケートな果実に洗浄や水洗いは行われません。一方、冷凍ベリー類は、乾燥・冷凍の工程に入る前に、小林市の清潔な水道水で洗浄・すすぎを行っています。
Washing/Rinsing Policy– All fresh berries are picked straight to the containers, and shipped as is- thus no washing/rinsing occurs on the delicate fresh fruit. All frozen berries are rinsed in clean municipal Kobayashi City water before they are dried and frozen.
転売禁止 ― Natureland Berriesが別途許可した場合を除き、ベリーの転売は認められません。
Resale Prohibited– Resale of berries is NOT allowed, unless specifically allowed by Natureland Berries.
